Geothermal Radiant Floor Heating And Cooling

We are currently installing a Geothermal Radiant Floor Heating & Cooling System. This System will provide warm water from the heat pump during the winter time. This warm water is circulated through PEX tubing that is embedded in the concrete slab. During the summer, chilled water is then circulated providing a sensible cooling load of the home, a Hydronic Air Handler provides the latent heat removal.
Typical water temperature that the heat pump can provide during heating is 105º F to 110ºF. After that, the High Efficiency Modulating, Condensing Boiler provides backup Heating & Domestic hot water.
